Michael A. Cummings III is the founder of M.A.C. III Consulting, LLC, bringing technological expertise together with real senior leadership experience to every engagement. He has run the firm as his own venture since 2019.

His track record includes building systems that make impact measurable, not just claimed. He built and launched a supplier tracking tool capturing engagement data from 79 suppliers representing $1.13 billion in annual spend, and separately built an internal impact dashboard that tracks both internal ROI (investment, involvement, and impact) and external ROI for suppliers, quantifying engagement and connecting it directly to measurable business outcomes. That work contributed to $619,200 in documented cost avoidance and a national recognition for responsible procurement among corporations generating more than $150 billion in revenue.

He has also led at scale: leading an organization of more than 28,000 members across 90 nodes company wide, presenting strategic plans directly to senior executive leadership, and regularly briefing C-suite leaders on organizational culture and employee engagement. He reached senior manager level in about four years from an entry level management role, a pace that is uncommon at a company of that size.

He holds a Master's degree in Labor and Employment Relations from Rutgers University, specializing in Organizational Leadership and Change, and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Sport Studies, also from Rutgers.

Michael is also the founder of the Reel Brothers Foundation, Inc. a faith-based family operating foundation incorporated in Maryland, founded in his father's memory.
